Majesty -engine Problems

have the problems been corrected once and for all ...Anybody know??

The Majesty's engines have been working well the last two weeks, cruises. This week no one has posted any problems. It does appear NCL fixed the engines during the week of the canceled cruise at the beginning of the year.

We sailed on her 1/13. No problems except we were about an hour late getting into ports. Don't know if that was related to the engines or not.

I was on the 1/13 sailing- the lateness in port had nothing to due with engines. In fact we were sailing faster than the engines were designed to go- that is a good sign. We had to fight some pretty heavy currents, etc.

I just got back from the 1/20 sailing on the majesty. The engines seemed to work OK . We were on time to all ports except bad weather kept us out of Key West. However when we left port Cozumel there was a tremdous vibration as we went into "reverse". This caused some serious plate rattling in the Seven Seas dinning room. Otherwise the ship seemed to move along quite nicely. It was a great cruise, with excellent staff and service. Majesty is not glitzy, bus has great ambience. There were probably only a handful of people on our cruise who could have climbed a rock wall if the ship had one!

Hmm, maybe that's why I like the Majesty so much. I don't have to feel bad about myself:D
