San Francisco hotel near port

I will be taking a cruise leaving San Francisco in May and would like to find a nice hotel not far from the port.All suggestions would be welcome.Thank you.

If you choose a hotel near Fisherman's Wharf or Pier 39, you'll be close to the port. Have fun!

I won it through Priceline for $65 in May. Maybe 6 blocks from the pier. My four year old and I walked it easily with two large suitcases, a carryon and a carseat.
