Skipper Club in NY

Anyone ever use the Skipper Club in NYC? I have sailed out of there before and don't remember seeing a sign or seeing anyone to ask.

We used it last year on the Legend. The problem is that security was a nightmare and accounted for most of the wait. Once past security, we went to the Skippers Club desk and were on the ship in no time. But so was everyone else since they has a ton of people checking the passengers in.
