Noordam Balcony ?

We Have A Balcony On The Upper Verandah Deck #6122. Is This Balcony Covered, Open Or 50/50. We Always Enjoy A 50/50 Where We Can Have Sun Or Shade. If Our Balcony Is Covered, Are There Any Balcony's Availalble With A 50/50 On The Noordam???

If you look at photographs and deckplans of the ship, you'll see that nearly every verandah is 100% covered by the deck above.

If you want open space above, you'll need to book an aft-facing verandah.

Was in 6127 on the Dec 16th-27th Southern cruise. They're covered all right. Had to work on my tan at the aft pool.

We were also in 6127 Dec 6 to 16; Depending on which way the ship is tied up or traveling, there may or may not be sun.

We were on deck 7 (Rotterdam) on our cruise, and when we looked down, I think to deck 5, it seemed that part of their balconies stuck out a little further than our deck or deck 6. Not 100% sure, you'll have to wait and see if anyone was on that deck.
