Question regarding cabins on the Westerdam.

 

HAL wants $700pp ($1,400.00 total - 10 day cruise) to go from a VF to a VA. It does not seem worth it for a clear balcony.

 

Did you or has anyone seen how bad the rail balcony is? It is still an upgrade from our last cruise.
