changing cabins after final payment

I am sailing on the Spirit this April and have already made my final payment. While a lot of the catagories are GTY only, my catagory is still available. I have a room in the front of the ship and the rooms listed available on NCL's site are towards the front also. As I understand it NCL sells front to back on each floor, so that would mean there are rooms in the same catagory inthe middle of the ship. Can I have my TA switch me to a middle room after final payment?

 

(Personally I am hoping for a visit from the upsell/upgrade fairy) :D

Can't hurt to call and ask. I don't know if they'll have to cancel and rebook, charge the cancellation fees, etc. Your best bet is to call your TA and ask for sure.

If you booked a specific category and not a guarantee, you should be able to move to another cabin within that category. You'll have to ask your ta to call and find out what is available. If you booked a guarantee cabin, I don't believe you are able to move your cabin.

You still have plenty of time...the fairy may visit.

If I leave my cruise documents under my pillow at night will I wait up and find that the upsell/upgrade fairy has left me a new room number under my pillow? :)
