FrankLasVegas Posted June 12, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Hello All: Considering the 12-day Caribbean March 2005. Quotes I received has the PH1 about $475.00 per person higher than the Cat. A1. Can any of you experienced Oceania cruisers advise if the PH1 would be worth the extra? Curious about the bathroom size in the PH1 - old PH category. Thanks in advance. Merriem Posted June 12, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 12, 2004 We had PH 8019. It was much larger than the balcony cabins on the two decks below us. The bathroom was okay. Rather generic, and not as big( or as nice) as the one we had on the Zenith in a Cat 1. The butler service was poor, but I do like a bigger cabin especially if you are gone for more than a week. Beware, the location of some of the PH cabins is right under the pool deck, and they like to drag furniture at about 4-5 am. I would make sure I was not under that part of the ship. ClaudiaF Posted June 12, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Yes, worth it- the space is alot larger. The bathrooms are small in all cabins ( except the Owner and Vista Suites- which are beautiful marble with spa tubs, and extremely spacious) The PH has a bath tub w/ shower over it the others have a stall shower only.
quote:
Originally posted by FrankLasVegas: Hello All: Considering the 12-day Caribbean March 2005.
