Orient Beach and Maho Beach (the airplane beach) are topless, and I believe there is a nude section on one end of Orient.

All beaches on the French side are topless. Sometimes people do go nude along the entire length of Orient, but it's definitely more on the Club Orient (completely clothing optional resort, with beach open to the public) area.

 

Also, I know that Cupecoy on the Dutch side is known for being completely c/o, but we've not been there, so I can't verify that.

 

Maho with Sunset Beach Bar is definitely topless, particularly because Sunset Beach Bar's motto is "topless women drink for free."
