Thermal Spa Qustion

Is there a Thermal Spa on Coral Princess. If so, what exactly is it. I thought at first it was just a place to go take a sauna, but it sounds as if some people spend most of the day there. Can someone help me understand what exactly this is, and what you get for the feee?

I believe it is only on the Grand Class ships, not the Sun Class ships like Coral Princess. Sorry.
