Soup recipes

We recently returned from the Mexican Riviera on the Oosterdam. We loved their blueberry soup as well as their 3 berry soups. Does anyone have the recipes? Thanks

I wish! I was talking one time to (then) executive chef John Mulvaney about those to die for chilled soups, and he told me some of the ingredients. No wonder I love them! There were such things as sherbet and heavy cream in the various soups.

Like having dessert first! :D Yum!!

Oh my goodness,,,,, Chef Mulvaney. What a great guy. Haven't seen him in years. Is he still with HAL? I don't think he's been a ship Executive Chef for years but did I hear maybe he was doing something in supervising or training or such?

Sail, I saw him in October on the Voyage of the Spammed. He was on the San Diego-Honolulu leg of the trip. :)

I'm not certain exactly what his duties are these days. He oversees something in the kitchen; somehow is involved in training/keeping everything up to snuff. :confused:

He's as friendly as ever. And as dedicated to making meals memorable as anyone can be. HAL should be thrilled to have someone of his caliber in it's ranks.
