Could anyone tell me:

 

How do I find out what the luggage allowances are for Air One which flies between Venice and Rome?

 

Does Carnival Legend in Tampa have Delta Luggage Valet?

Almost all airlines have it on their websites, it's best recommended that you start there.

 

I did a search for Air One and here's what i found:
