Best Way to Brooklyn Terminal from Penn Station

What is the best and easiest way to get from 34th St Penn Station to the QM2 in Brooklyn?

There really isn't a "best way" to get there. You can do it by a combination of subway, bus, and a four-to-six-block walk, obviously impractical with cruise luggage. See thread "best way to get to Pier 12 for QE2" for bus and subway info.

With luggage, a taxi or limo seems to be the only practical way. Or to quote the old New England joke, "you can't get they-ah from he-ah".

Cab or arrange for a car service.

The subway (A train) just doesn't come close enough if you've got suitcases--and of course, you will. It would be fine if you were just going there for a look-see or a wave goodbye to a travelling loved one.
