When are the formal nights on northbound?

I'm on the 5/20 Statendam north, and since we haven't received our paper work, I'd really like to know, if possible, which nights are likely to be the formal nights. Surely there is a routine?

The first formal night will be the on the evening of the second day, in other words, the evening of your first sea day. The second formal night will TYPICALLY be a sea day, such as after a day at Glacier Bay or at Hubbard Glacier, and that may be an evening or two prior to your last evening on-board. Look at your itinerary and look for a sea day or on a port day where you will be leaving mid-afternoon or earlier. The last evening on-board will be casual, for sure. Have a great cruise!
