Anyone know what the requirements are for cruise to airport after cruise?

 

Princess sent me the requirements for plane to ship but not from ship to plane.

 

Anyone know - what the earliest flight time they allow for this service?

We are using in Vancouverr when we disembark.. you have to have booked Princess transfers (we did) and then sign up at the Purser's Desk. And go direct from ship to airport. There was a post a way back with link to the Vancouver Airport site that listed airlines participating (another requirement)...most of the major carriers seem to be. Our flight is 12:40p.m. and they said was more than enough time.

If we have an 11am flight, I just wanted to make sure Princess didnt have restrictions on how early a flight can be to use their service.

There might be a restriction, but it should be pretty early for Vancouver. If they let you buy a transfer and they didn't contact you again after you have them your flight info, you're probably alright. You can always call Princess to double check.

Just an educated guess: Ship is supposed to dock at 7:30AM, correct???

 

I would bet the first bus doesn't leave until 9:00AM or close. Have to get all the luggage loaded, all the people loaded, there will be confusion on who should go on which bus and always the dwaddlers, saying goodbye, etc. Remember, most of the people on the first buses have the earliest cruise air flights, which are usually booked after noon. They truly are in no hurry.

 

An hour transport more or less, figuring traffic, unloading the luggage and again the dwaddlers. That puts you at the airport at 10:00AM or close. You have to go through security. You have to be in the boarding area about 30 minutes before boarding. You are REALLY cutting it close. Good luck!!!
