Miami Airport TO Port of Everglades...need help please.

Go FIgure, the best rate I get this flight is into Miami International.... and I cruise out of Ft Lauderdale, Port Everglades..... (and I should mention I travel as a solo)...so ..what are by best options for the transfer.....

I'll be interested in the replys for this. I'm traveling in November with my family, seven of us. I think i can get better airfare from Chicago O'hare to Miami than to fll, but not sure if the travel will eat away the better fare. Hope you get some feedback.
