Snorkeling

I'm not a strong swimmer, but we are considering Captain Zodiak's in Kona for snorkeling? Has anyone else who is not a strong swimmer done this and had a good experience?

I've also seen a cool excursion on the Travel Channel with a boat that goes out and has a diving board/slide. Does anyone know the name of this?

We did a zodiac snorkel trip with SeaQuest and enjoyed it. I am not a strong swimmer, so I do wear a flotation vest when snorkeling (even from a beach). You'll be in rather deep water a Kealakekua Bay so if you're concerned, just ask for a vest.

I believe the other snorkel boat you're referring to is Fair Winds :
