Loyalty Ambassador from 4/23/07 TA-Splendour

If you were on our 4/23/07 sailing of the Splendour of the Seas, then you were aware that the Loyalty Ambassador left the ship in Ponta Delgada. If you were unable to take advantage of the onboard "next cruise" booking deal, due to the fact there was no Loyalty Ambassador to take the booking, please call the Crown and Anchor desk. I did this today and upon checking (do people really make up stories like this?) that what I told them was true, they honored my "onboard" booking even though we arrived home this past Sunday. The first customer service rep was rather rude and I did speak with a supervisor. :)

Yes - we were on this cruise, and, yes, you are correct - he left because he had an RCL conference to go to in Miami. We tried on the 2nd Saturday to book an appointment (the last day on this cruise was the following Sunday) and all of the reservations were filled. So what did you do to get a reservation w/an OBC? Thanks!
