cecilterwiliger Posted May 31, 2007 #26 Share Posted May 31, 2007 Another positive vote. If I could balance in them, i would buy them as well! Go for it! (Also been through the foot surgery thing AND a broken foot).

katerkat Posted May 31, 2007 #28 Share Posted May 31, 2007 People are anti-nekkid feet? To be honest, there's more straps on that shoe than on 90% of my shoes! And I always, ALWAYS get compliments on my shoe taste. (Except my sister, who hates my blue suede heels.)
MilliesMom Posted May 31, 2007 #29 Share Posted May 31, 2007 They are perfect. Remember the most important thing is comfort for your feet especially after surgery. Years ago I had to wear orthodics and the only shoes that they would work in were jogging shoes. We went on a cruise and on formal night I wore a very dressy pants suit (dressy slacks, beaded top). I was so embarrassed about my jogging shoes, but I had no choice. Decided that if anyone said anything that I would say either that I forgot to pack my dress shoes or that my suitcase got lost. Figured most people wouldn't notice any way. Well that night in the casino, I got talking to a woman sitting next to me. Told her my story about the jogging shoes, and she started to laugh. She said she thought I was the only smart one as I had comfortable shoes on!!!! LOL. Made my day.
