Liberty 6 Night Formal Nights

Are there one or two formal nights on the 6 day Liberty cruise? If two, which ones are they? We're on the Liberty 6/17.

There were 2 formal nights on the 6 day Liberty.

The first one was the second day, after leaving freeport, and the

second one is the second to last night.

The second formal night did not seem to be quite as formal, but we didn't

go to either, so not positive.

Everyone here who's been on the 6 night Liberty cruise says there are two even tho the FAQ's on the Carnival website says that there is only one formal night on 6 day cruises. I would tend to believe the people here who have actually taken this cruise. Maybe the Liberty is the exception to the rule. Many people have also said that the 2nd formal night was optional.
