Port Everglades pre-cruise hotel

We are currently booked for a pre night stay at the Sheraton Yankee Trader in Fort Lauderdale. We understand that they do not provide transfers. How difficult (or easy) will it be to get transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to port the next morning? Anyone else stay here and can share their experience? Thank you!

We didn't stay at the Sheraton, but were in the same area. Airport to hotel was very easy - we just went out to the taxi stand, and the hotel was about a 15-minute ride away. Hotel to port just required a phone call to the taxi company, giving them the time we wanted to be picked up. We left the hotel a little after 11 and were at the port by 11:20 (there was a line going through the I.D. check at the port).
