Given that he is to be sixty, I doubt it very much. Coincidence only.

I doubt Dubai bought her as a birthday or leaving present for him!

 

I guess they said

• "$100 million now" or
  
• "$20 million the following year"....or
  
• "spend $xxx million to keep her going a few more years"

.....and the math took the decision for them.....
