Hi Linda,

 

I couldnt' agree with you more about each ship having it's own personality. What surprised me is how many people posted here saying how much they enjoyed this ship. Usually you have a lot more opinions going both ways but I was pleasantly surprised by these.

 

Thanks also for the tips in Alaska. It's over a year away and I already have a list of all the things I'd like to do and of course there's too many!

 

It sounds like you have a great cruise planned as well.

We went on the Veendam last December. It was great. One unexpected

highlight was on the Belize tour to the ruins. We got caught in a tropical

downour on the little hand crancked bridge. It didn't seem so at the time,

but we still laugh about it now.
