CC perk question!

What exactly is the "dining and seating preference" in a CC cabin? If I selected late dining when I booked and got it what other "preferences" are there??? Is this just a preference when you book your cruise or is there something else to get when onboard?

 

I sailed CC on Mercury on her very first cruise after CC was started and really enjoyed it, it took them a few days to get it together as to what exactly we were supposed to recieve but by the 3rd day our steward seemed to have it figured out!:D

I think it means that you get priority over other passengers regarding your choice of dining.

 

So if you request main or late dining you won't go on a wait list, Celebrity will pretty much guarantee your preferred choice.

 

They will also try to accommodate your requested table size (i.e 2, 4, 6 or 8)

Thats what I thought but since I always book wayyyy early I always get my preference but I guess it would be nice if I booked a last minute CC cabin sometime!!
