We were on an Amazon River cruise in a relatively small river boat, which was docked for the night by the river bank. A wild storm whipped up and produced the most incredible, awe- inspiring thunder and lightenihg show for abour 45 minutes. The lightening lit up the sky 360 degrees all around. It was so spectacular that I wasn't even afraid, just completely bowled over by the whole "show".
