Custom Air and transfers

I will be cruising the med on Millie in October. My husband and I arranged for custom air through Celebrity so that we could arrive in Venice a few days early and stay in Barcelona a few days later as well as having direct flights. What, in this case, happens to our transfers? I assume we have to arrange them on our own since it is custom air, but does anyone know definitively? We booked the hotels on our own so we are not using the pre and post stay packages.

Unless you use Celebrity's hotel packages you lose your transfers. And that is definite.
