2008 Wonder Lake Shuttle Bus Schedule

I've read that the first shuttle bus to Wonder Lake is June 8. Is that June 8 each and every year? :confused::confused:

 

We're planning our 2008 trip, but want to make sure the road is open all of the way to Wonder Lake and Kantishna. It would be a disappointment if we arrived a few days too early and could only make it to Fish Creek. :eek:

 

Are there any seasoned Denali travelers who know this information? Thanks in advance!

Yes, pretty much don't count on getting to Wonder Lake before June 8. There is even a chance the road would open later if there were a lot of snow or they need to do more grading work on the road, but I think June 8 was a pretty good date the past couple of years.

Yes, it has been June 8 for the last several years I have been going there.
