oraf7 Posted August 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2007 And yes I ate and ate but big secret *KEEP TAKING THE STAIRS! NO ELEVATORS ALLOWED!* It always works. Also if you go to a beach with one of those Paddle boats rent for the hour LOL Daughter forced me Thank God. I made wise choices such as the Seafood instead of PRime Rib. Ate dessert but only half. Had oatmeal, Fruits , Salmon Eggs for Breakfast. Skip the Bagels and Muffins. No Fettucine Alfredo but lots of other Goodies. Pick your Calories wisely and you will be fine and still eat enough to feel sick.
