vests they had on RCC private island

Hi, I loved the vest I rented to snorkle with on Royal Car private island. Does anyone know the make and model, or have a picture of them selves wearing it, and does anyone know if we can get on an airplane with the cartridges they have in them, if you are in trouble and can't blow air in the vest? Someone found this one for me..but it has no back, and I can't remember if the RCC one did:

Almost all Snorkle Vests are the same - look at any local dive shop - none have backs since they wouldn't work right if they did. Something about flipping you over (per my local dive shop)

how is the snorkling on cococay? Are there a lot of fish or anything cool to see??
