TrolleyGirl Posted August 29, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2007 I currently have both of these hotels on reserve. Both offer breakfast and airport and cruisepier shuttles. They are priced about $45 apart. We won't have a car the night before the cruise. So which location would be better for walking to see sites, shopping and eating out. The $45 difference isn't making or breaking the decision. Any input out there?
booze brothers Posted August 29, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 29, 2007 We've stayed at the Sleep Inn but never at the Hampton Inn Plantation. Across the street from the sleep inn, there is a Publix grocery store and a few small restuarants. Walgreens is around the corner. I would assume the Hampton was more money?? Bequia Posted August 29, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 29, 2007 They're both fine properties. The Sleep Inn is a mile and a half from the beach, The Hampton Inn is footsteps from ton's of shopping and dozens of restaurants.
