All Things Freedom of the Seas

August 10th will be our turn to cruise the Freedom. We are looking forward with much anticipation to boarding this ship. Having only done 4 day cruises, this will be a major step up for us.

 

So tell me what you LOVED about her, LIKED about her, and HATED about her. Also, what hotel would you recommend for a pre-night stay? What about excursions? I want to know everything!! We will have a balcony cabin (8330)--our first balcony :D

LOVED- the Promenade. So much to see and do. Don't miss the first night parade.

The flow-rider.

H2O zone. Freshwater pools.

Johnny Rockets.

The solarium.

All of the entertainment was first class.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami- we had a room overlooking the port so we could see our ship come in.... it is directly opposite the Bayside Marketplace which is a really neat place. You can stroll across and shop,eat,people watch,spend time at the Marina. That made for a nice relaxing evening and a good start to our cruise.

You're going to love her! We were room 8336 and the views we had were unprecedented.
