Cabin Upgrades on the Victory in NYC..price?availability?

We're cruising on the Sept 11th sailing of the Victory to Canada/NE and wondered if anyone has upgraded their balcony to a suite on this itinerary or ship?If so ...what does Carnival charge? Last time on the Victory i booked a suite...but this year with a past guest offer of 650.00 for a cat 8c...i couldn't resist the deal.I'm wondering if there will be any suite availability and if so how much?anyone?Thanks!!
