How is the temperature onboard in Alaska?

My wife and I have been on a number of Caribbean cruises and found that the cruise lines tend to keep things really cool inside. My wife was often cold while eating in the dinning rooms.

Being this is our first Alaskan cruise we are not sure what to expect. What have people experienced? Do they keep it on the cool side, or the warm side (I realize how subjective this can be)?

Princess kept the temperature at what you would expect it to be anywhere. Dressed in layers, I was hot inside. Without layers, it was "normal".

I just got off the Radiance and the dining room was very warm. The rest of the ship was a nice temperature.

I was on the Serenade last week and the temperatures onboard ranged from comfortable to warm. I brought a wrap to wear with my short sleeved formal and didn't use it at all.
