Setting Up an Early Hair Appointment

My husband and I have been together for nearly 17 years. We will be renewing our vows in December while visiting St. Thomas (we're cruising on the Emerald Princess). We will be having the ceremony at Lindquist Beach at 10 a.m. I would like to get my hair and my five year old daughter's hair done early that morning. Will the salon open at 7:30 or 8:00 to do our hair? We are not using the ship's services for the ceremony, instead we are using Island Bliss Weddings. Do you think the salon will accommodate me even though we are not using it's wedding services? How can I reach the salon before sailing to get the details hashed out? I'd really appreciate any feedback/advice on the subject.
