cooking class in mazatlan?

I will be on the Dawn Princess for NYE and while in Mazatlan I was thinking of taking the "Salsa & Salsa" cooking class excursion. Basically a cooking & dance class offered at a local hotel. Has ANYONE taken this excursion before? I could not find any information on the boards. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
