Driving / Parking options in Miami?

We are leaving out of Miami on our next cruise. From what I have read, parking is now $20.00 per day:eek: . Are there hotels in the area that offer cruise parking for their guests similar to the Radisson, etc... at Port Canaveral? Any advice / experiences would be appreciated.

 

I posted a similar thread on the RCI boards, but I would like more opinions.

Try the La Quinta Airport East. They have free parking for up to 14 days with one night stay. Rate starts at $98.10 plus tax. They have free shuttle to the port, but not back. Taxi fare is about $25.00

Embassy Suites & Wyndam airport hotels will let you park there for a fee even if you do not stay there.

Has anyone used United Airport Parking? Found this site on google. When did the Port of Miami raise the parking fee to $20? We last sailed out of Miami May 06 and I thought we paid $12 then.
