Internet Access - Skagway, Alaska

We just retd from an Alaskan cruise. While in Skagway we found an Internet "cafe" (wouldn't really call it a cafe, but for lack of better words) that offered internet access for $4/hr! Have never seen anything like this on any other port of call anywhere! Sure beats the $25-$40/hr they charge on the ship.

 

Has anyone found this type of deal at any other port of call? Would be interested to know where for future reference.
