paradise penthouse suite questions-10/29 halloween

I've booked cat 12 on the paradise for 10/29/04
would love to hear anyone else's experience with this.
what perks can I expect?
embarking, disembarking, etc.

and this is a halloween cruise-
any advice?

embarking, disembarking, etc.[/QUOTE]Cat 12 on the Paradise (or any other Fantasy-class ship) is definitely *not* a "penthouse". You're on the Upper Deck, a misnomer if ever there was one. "U" Deck is the third-lowest passenger deck.

You will have one of the few balconies on the ship, tub with whirlpool, larger cabin with sitting area, refrigerator (unstocked) and barware, and Skippers Club embarkation privileges. That's about it.

there are reasons I want to book a suite on this 3 day.

I really want to celebrate and don't want 2 be away
2 long.
I want to spoil myself cause
I'm going thru escrow, etc.

so maybe next time I'll book a suite on a longer cruise : )

and I will be happily surprised, right?

Pam: Of course you will be happy. Any day on a cruise beats being home in the real world. A cruise is what you make it. You wont be in the cabin long enough to appreciate all its amenities for a 3 day cruise.. but thats what you want...DO IT!! You will have express embarkation but thats the only perk other then the suite stuff.

it is a very nice cabin. If you get U108, say hi for us :)
I've sailed paradise 4 times, and the time I had a cat. 12 was the time I spent the most time in the cabin. Very comfty sofa, nice beds, large vanity, bar area, and the whirlpool tub. The bathroom was also very nicely appointed if I may say so myself. Then you have a big verandah that is quite private, and its so much fun to close the drapes, turn out the lights, then go outside and watch the waves, or other ships going by.
