Difference Carnival Triumph & Legend of Seas

Hi All

 

Can anyone who has been on both please tell me the major difference of these two ships please.

 

I sailed on Triumph in 2005 and have to say i loved it.

 

Food was great as was the service.

 

And i loved the piano bar. Was so much fun. Being Australian i had

never experienced anything like it. The drunker people got the more

fun it was. And no i wasnt one of those lol But i just loved the

atmosphere.

 

We are now booked on a 28 day cruise from Rome to Singapore on

the Legend in November 2008 and cant wait.

 

Any details i would greatly appreciate.

Hi Caz, I have sailed on Triumph several times and have sailed on several of Legend's "sister" ships. I enjoyed all of them! The biggest difference that immediately comes to my mind is that you will find the decor of Legend to be MUCH toned down from Triumph's decor!!! Royal Caribbean has the most beautiful ships afloat in my opinion. Her ships all tend to be very classic and elegant while Triumph (and all Carnival ships I've sailed on) tend to be more eclectic and wild in decor to match their "FUN FUN FUN" atmosphere. You can have just as much fun on Royal Caribbean though. I will note that Legend is a smaller ship than Triumph, so you will most likely find you have a few less venues to visit (less bars/clubs etc...) but what you do have will be nice.
