sabandmom Posted November 7, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2007 For the ray, reef, and rum point tour, how soon does it need to be booked? Also, can anyone give me examples of the lunch menu you order from for lunch at rum point beach? last question; are there any water sports at rum point beach or is it just a relaxation beach? thanks for everyones help!:)

disneyfan551 Posted November 9, 2007 #3 Share Posted November 9, 2007 I'm not sure how soon you need to book it. We went in Sept. and are going back in Dec.! It was great!! Here's a copy of the menu I had found.. Rum Point Wreck Bar & Grill (order is called in ahead of time & ready when we arrive at Rum Point beach!) Spicy Red Conch Chowder Seasonal Fruit Cup topped with yogurt Conch Fritterswith Scotch Bonnet tartar sauce Tortilla Chipswith sour cream & salsa Caesar Saladwith chicken breast or fish Rum PointSalad ham, turkey, swiss, crispy bacon & ranch dressing Spicy Mahi-Mahi Caesar Wrap Rum Point ChickenWingssweet chili garlic or buffalo style Chicken Club Sandwich Blackened Mahi-Mahi Sandwichwith mango mayonnaise Cheeseburger or Jerk CheeseBurgerw/lettuce, tomato, onion Veggie Burger with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato & onion Jumbo Hotdog add jalapenos cheddar & onion Jerk Pork Sandwich with Rum Point jerk mayo Original Fish & Chips with Rum Point tartar sauce Crispy Chicken Tenders with BBQ or honey mustard sauce Grilled Chicken Sandwich provolone cheese, pesto, tomato, lettuce, & onion on Boboli bread with a side of lemon aioli Today’s Catch with rice & beans and corn on the cob Traditional Style Jerk Pork w/ rice & beans & corn on cob All Served With Your Choice of Fries or House Salad Also not sure about the water sports. After eating lunch, you really don't have a ton of time there. That's the ONLY bad part of the excursion...not enough time! Hope you have a great time!! sabandmom Posted November 9, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted November 9, 2007 Thanks Disneyfan! I did find out through Nativeway they have jet ski rentals, kayak, etc. But, after snorkeling, playing with rays, and lunch we will probably be ready to just relax and swim a little. Thanks for the menu info! :)
