Entertainment Book Coupons

Hey all ,just wondering Ive already booked my cruise through a well known travel agency, (I havent paid it off completely yet though) just wondering I have I beleive a 100.00 off coupon in my Entertainment book, do you think my travel agent would honor something like this??

We used ours at time of booking (TA asked if we had the book). It can't hurt to ask your TA. Are you within penalty period? If not, ask TA to cancel and re-book so you can save $100. Thats a lot of money you can spend on something else.

Two issues come to mind with the Entertainment Book coupon. I believe it has to be sent in with deposit and you have to book a Cat. 6A or above to be able to use it.

Thanks for the responces, we are weill before any penalty period, we dont cruise until aug 2005, and we have booked a balcony guarantee so we have that covered. Oh well as you said, it cant hurt to ask.

We have tried to use them for 3 cruises and no luck... Generally if your TA gives you a great rate, you cannot use the coupon... you have to use it at time of booking... our TA gave us the rate with the coupon and the best rate she could give us without and it was MUCH better without.

We shopped around - three of us girls leaving the hubbies home and booking a cat 12 on Sensation for October. The TA we ended up using quoted us the lowest rate of several land and internet TA's. After we said we would book she asked if any of the three of us had the Entertainment coupon. One friend used hers - I may use mine on another cruise. I'll remember not to bring it up until after price is quoted.
