I need to book exursions! Everyone help me pick and I will promise a long review and lots of pictures!!!! Myself, DH, and two 20 year old nursing students. Any advice?

If it was me and my kids, we would do the segway tour in Cozumel and zip-lining in Belize or Roatan ( if you itin shows those excursions)

We did the submarine in coz (kids liked to be able to say they went on a sub, but the visuals werent that great)

Paradise Beach in Cozumel is lots of fun. In Belize, we did combo tour of ziplining and cavetubing and it was the highlight of the cruise. Look on the ports of call boards for ideas of private excursions which will not only save money but also give you twice the shore excursion with less people.

What he/she said! Freeport is kinda hmmm, I believe I'd hop a taxi to Port Lucaya and do the beach/casinos, no excursion needed. But plan somethin there cuz there's nothin but some fuel storage tanks and a portland cement plant at the dock.

We just came off of this same cruise last week and here is what we went with:

 

Freeport - Taxi to Port Lucaya it's near a lot of shops and the beach. $5 per person each way.

 

Cozumel - Rained all day we just kinda hung out, checked out the shopping. We had wanted to go to Mr. Sanchos but with the rain we decided not to.

 

Belize - Cave tubing with Major Tom. Not enough time for anything else since the last tender to the ship was 4:15. Did about 45 minutes worth of shopping.

 

Roatan - LOVED, LOVED Roatan. Booked a Bodden tour and went zip lining. They picked us up at the dock, we zipped and then we toured the island. Tex dropped us off a few blocks from the pier and we shopped our way back to the ship.

 

Roatan was also the best shopping of all the ports if you want hand crafted items and shirts.

Just off the 11/17-24/07 trip. Have a blast despite the rain. It was myself (47), DD (turned 17 the day we left), DD friend (16) and my mom (76)

 

Freeport - just took a taxi to Lucaya Marketplace for a couple of hours

 

Cozumel - did the Dolphin Ride and Swim with Dolphinaris.

 

Belize - went to Xuantunich Mayan Site and climbed the pyramid.

 

Roatan - went zipling and Tabayana Beach. One of my favorite stops. The snorkeling was great and my Mom (76) even did the ziplining.

 

We booked everything through the ship except Freeport. Mom did not like the idea of booking on our own even though I ususally do it at most ports. The ships excursions were great.

 

I do have the Shore Excursion Price List and Times if you need something.

 

On past cruises we have gone to Paradise Beach many times in Cozumel and loved it. Also have done the Royal Dolphin Swim at Chankanaab (booked on own)

 

In Belize we have done the Cave Tubing, and Snorkeling and the Reef and then with the Sharks & Sting Rays - both were great
