Luggage Tag Question

Looking at my docs and tags tonight.... was going to fill out our luggage tags....

 

We are not using HAL to transfer the luggage from or to the airports.... we are bringing out luggage to the ship. SO???? what has to be completed on the tag?

 

Can I just put our name and stateroom number? Do I need to fill out everything?

 

I already know not to put on the tags till we are at the ship and to make the writing big and BOLD!

Yeah, use a "sharpie"

 

IMO, as you are not using Hal transfers, just the following info is needed...

 

 

Name

Address

Phone Numbers, Cell & Home

Sailing Date

Stateroom Number

 

Print the same info on a separate sheet, and place it on top, inside each bag in case the tag were to become separated from the bag during the "gentle" transfer process to the ship. ;) :D

That's what I figured.... appreciate the suggestion about adding that info on the inside of the luggage as a "just in case".

 

Also love the use of the word "gentle". Made me think of the old Samsonite commercials with the gorilla tossing the luggage.
