Holiday decorations

Hi, I was just wondering when do they put up the holiday decorations in Dec? I am sailing Dec 13-20 2008 and was wondering if they would be up yet. Jamie

They started putting up the Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving. By now they are up. They take them down on Jan. 2nd.

When we were on the Star last week they put them up about half way through the cruise. Not too much, just couple of trees and some tinsel in the Grand Atrium... They started playing Christmas music on the last day too.

I am on the Pride of America right now - the day we got on board they had the trees up, the tinsel up, and Christmas music playing on the PA. I have many photos of the decor on my website, I'm posting live photos each day.
