hvsteve1 Posted December 26, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 26, 2007 As I still can't figure out how to upload to CC Photos (my images use too much memory) here is a link to our recent Eastern Caribbean journey. What I can't get over is how deserted everything seems when we're the ship in port. The vendors must want to go home when they see three or four hundred people coming off the pier instead of the three or four thousand they might normally get. The relative handful of us picking out spots among the thousand or so lounges in Princess Cays was unreal and the servers carrying trays of drinks up and down the deserted white sand beach was like something out of a Fellini film. I guess "Luxury Goes Exploring" has its benefits. I include some shots of other ships. It's really hard to get a good photo of your own ship while on board. http://picasaweb.google.com/hvsteve1/Vacation2007
TedC Posted December 26, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 26, 2007 Thanks for the wonderful pictures, Steve. Makes me feel warmer looking at those blue skies and sunny beaches when I avert my eyes from the snow outside my window.
