Renting Formal Wear

We're cruising in Feb 2008 on RCL -- for the first time, my husband is considering the tux rental (he usually just does a dark jacket) - looking for some opinions on the rental service - I also see women's separates are available. Looking forward to replies.

Have not sailed RCL but we have ordered tuxes on Carnival. It saves on packing, since we fly to the port that is always a concern. You might want to check when you need to have your order in.

Tux rental has been great. Less to pack, tux delivered and picked up, 2 shirts if more than one formal night, rates comparable to renting at home. Looked at the women's clothes, nothing that you couldn't put together yourself, great sales on "holiday" clothes everywhere right now.
