Sapphire Princess dining - how's the food?

I'm considering Sapphire Princess due to unique Pacific coast itinerary. Postings over the past couple of years indicate issues with dining (food quality in dining room, crowded buffets). I'd appreciate posts by anyone who has cruised on the Sapphire Princess since October 2007 with your opinion of the food. Compare to Holland America if you have cruised HAL as well. Thanks!

Wonderful food on the Sapphire. Always very fresh. We never had trouble finding a seat in the buffet. Most times even by the windows
