Phone number of Regent Navigator

My brochure says I may leave my family a phone number of the ship. The number consists of three parts, 011, an ocean region code and then the ship's phone number. My question is, what will be region code be? I am sailing the eastern carribean. Am I Atlantic east or west? If I had to guess, I would say Atlantic West.

Atlantic West. Atlantic East would be Europe I think.
