:confused::confused::confused:What is the cost of a taxi from Cabo to Cabo San Jose? Would it be better to rent a car?

Its only about 10-12 miles. The last time we took a taxi (05) $25 if i remember correctly.

Well it is about $70 from airport to Cabo and San Jose is closer to the airport than it is to Cabo. I would guess more like $40 - $50 each way. There are no meters in the cabs so be sure to negociate the price before you get in.

Thanks for your help househunter. What I am wondering if it would be cheaper to rent a car for the day then the taxi service. This would allow us to explore a little bit more. When we go to PV for a week we usually rent a car for 3 or 4 days, and drive south. It is so beautiful~~:)

It would be much cheaper to rent a car. Plus that way you could stop wherever you want. We have never rented a car in Cabo but there is some great info on tripadvisor in the Cabo section. Just do a search and you should come up with lots of info as that board is quite active with alot of regulars.
