Canopy tour-with carnival

I really want to do this tour because of the zip line, but my knees can't do up-hill climbing and I'm not much of a hiker, so I'm wondering if anyone who has done this could tell me how much walking is involved. Thanks

If you are talking about the one offered by Carnival while in port in Montego Bay than I can tell you about that. We did it in December and it was AMAZING!

 

There isn't a TON of walking to be done. The most you will walk is after the first zipline to the truck that drives you to the 2nd zipline. It's probably somewhere in the 100 yard range or so.

There are a few times where you have to walk up some stair type trails, but they aren't very long. Maybe 10-20 yards or so. There is time to rest though, while others are being straped in, etc before each zipline.

 

It was one of the best parts of our trip. I hope you have a great time!

Ask for "Keefa and Supa" to be your guides, they are AWESOME!

Thanks-this would be the Carnival tour in Ocho Rios-not sure if that is the same one, but I expect they are similar. I would love to do this-the walking doesn't sound bad-just didn't want a long hike....

We are doing this one too and we are really excited about it. I researched some private companies and the carnival tour had more zips and in a better location.:)
