Question about GS and concierge service on Adventure

I tried to do a search to answer this question, but it seems each thread I read had a different answer. We have booked a GS on AOS for this August. We have never stayed in a concierge level cabin before. (We're splurging since it is an anniversary cruise and leaving the kids at home.) We were wanting to know what exactly the concierge service perks are, and if there is a concierge lounge, etc.

 

Also- our cabin is #1578. I would love to see some pictures of GS on Adventure.
